I know...must be some isolated technical glitch with these newfangled machines.

Nothing like making sure voting machines work correctly before the election. We need to "re-calibrate" them on election day. Oy vey iz mir... :bang:

No problem, we have the knowledge and technology to fix those things after the fact.

MSNBC's Chuck Todd has an explanation for Donald Trump beating Hillary Clinton in a big, nationwide poll.

Todd flipped the script and attributed Trump's rise to “noise,” “chaos” and an “electorate that we've never seen before.”

Todd attempted to, as he called it, “unskew” the numbers by explaining that whites without a college degree made up about half the CNN poll sample, while the 2012 polls reflected a little more than a third of the samples including people without a college degree.

Todd switched the CNN poll to reflect the 2012 demographic and voila! Mrs. Clinton won.

The Dems will do anything to win, and cheating is a specialty because they know nothing will be done once the election victory is sealed...sad fact.

I see you're still posting misinformation. Butler County, the county in question (see PA's link), has 506 touchscreen machines, all of which were purchased in 2005. Who was gov in 2005? Ed Rendell. I don't blame Rendell, just correcting another one of your made-up facts.

Come on man, really?

Wendy Weiser, director of the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law, said that they are seeing more problems with voting machines than they have seen in past election years.

“There are more machine breakdowns and more malfunctions all over the place,” Weiser said. “It’s really widespread.”

These breakdowns are not a surprise, Weiser said, because 42 states are using machines that are 10 or more years old. There have been issues with machines in South Carolina, New York, Missouri, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Chicago and Indiana.

“These machines are just degrading,” Weiser said.

One specific problem has been “vote slipping,” which is what Trump seemed to be referencing and occurs when a voter presses a button on a touch screen for one person but the machine shows them voting for another candidate.

“We’ve seen more malfunctions and more vote slipping all over the place,” Weiser said. But it was not clear how many machines were seeing vote slipping. What a coincidence...

These "old" machines just don't crap out and die. No, they switch your vote...yeah...like that's a likely malfunction due to old age. Give me a freakin' break....

Why change the topic? You claimed the Butler County machines were put in service by the former GOP Gov of PA, an implicitly partisan comment (considering the source--you). That statement was false. I corrected it. I stated the machines were put in service under Gov Rendell, then I stated I did NOT fault him for any of the voting issues. You were wrong. Not a big deal and not surprising, as you constantly make stuff up or maybe just have bad information, I'm not sure.
