The 1966 World Series between the Baltimore Orioles and the LA Dodgers showcased the O's pitching staff throwing 33 innings in a row without allowing a run; from the 3rd inning of game 1 through the completion of the 4 game sweep. I have tried without success to determine if this is a record.

Any help out there ?

Found this one for the 1992 Cubs: Who didn't score on Apr. 27, 28, 29 or May 1, and the first inning of their May 2 game, bounding the streak at 36 innings.
World Series records seem to be by the pitcher.

If we are talking regular season...the 1985 Astros went 42 straight innings without a run.

Personal streak record is Whitey Ford with 33 and 2/3s on his own, but can't find anything for a team. It is probably Baltimore in 66 though as that is the WS with the least amount of total runs scored
