Jeez, somebody invokes their Constitutional rights as written down by the Founding Fathers and everybody gets bent out of shape.

There's no law that says we can't condemn and draw inference from the refusal to testify in the court of public opinion. We can assign guilt as we see fit.

Exactly right! Many many times a judge would become very upset and eventually consider it wasting the courts time.

But these are government issues etc. government is supposed to be open and transparent. There is an implied transparency. Not anymore..........
