Does anyone know if the track or the Breeders Cup directs the wagering menu? Just wondering since last year they offered the $1 minimum pick 6, which is unique to Keeneland, but also had an early pick 5, which is something Keeneland doesn't typically offer.

It does say Ultra Pick Six but I don't see a dollar amount:

Great to know, with almost certainty, that the Breeders Cup two days will be run on fast/firm courses in sunny So. Cal. I still have nightmares of the Monmouth debacle.

I seriously doubt they'll do $1. Those SoCal guys are big bettors. dude, they would syndicate 3-4 guys all 3-4 legs, and single Chrome They know their Cal Horses too. Watch the line on the 6.5 downhill turf races. You want $2 Pk6 on Breeder's day.

50c Pick5 better bet than a $1 Pk6 on breeder's day look at previous year's payouts.

That was my initial thought, but the BC made a pretty big deal about "lowering" the minimum to $1 last year, I wasn't sure if they'd continue or if they're preempted by CHRB. Plus it didn't effect the pool last year positively or negatively.

LOL. I guess we'll find out soon enough, though I agree the $1 base is highly unlikely.
