Long delay at TDN

First post at TDN was 1:40. Horses are still walking in paddock at 2:23 p.m. on what appears to be a sunny day. Anybody know the cause of the long delay?

SO the Valets suddenly discovered they weren't making enough money?
I hope they realize whether they get a deal for the last two days of the meet, they have served their last duties at TDN...
In my opinion, they could have finished out the meet and then negotiated like mature adults. Instead the pulled this nonsense.

They're union, spaah....I don't know how the jockeys could have performed valet duties even if they wanted to.
