Every Friday, July 23rd to August 6th (editorial comment: that doesn't leave a whole lot of Fridays :D)



A new series of FREE contests for Brisnet.com members begins with the inaugural Brisnet.com Horseplayer World Series Qualifier. Racing's #1 website is now offering opportunities to qualify for the incredible $1,000,000 Horseplayer World Series held at Coast Casinos in Las Vegas in early 2005*. Future dates will be announced at www.brisnet.com/vegas .

The first 3-day cumulative contest begins Friday, July 23 and concludes August 6th. There are 8 mandatory races each Friday (July 23, July 30, August 6). Winning is based on a hypothetical $2 win/place wager on each selection with caps of 25-1 (Win) and 12-1 (Place) respectively.

Wonder why they are doing this on Fridays instead of weekends. Tough for me to find the time or energy on workdays.

No clue. Probably has to do with what they thought would do their business the most good. Fridays may be weak for their acct. wagering operation?

Maybe they figured out the contestants' win % is too lousy on weekends and they wanted to show a better win %. I like it.
