This wasn't a gaffe. Hillary was OK with ObamaCare when she was part of the administration. As a candidate, she had to move left to match Bernie Sanders, so now she says it has to be fixed. She promises to make the Affordable Care Act actually affordable, which is what Bill was saying.

Bill wants her in the White House so he is off the leash.
