Dancing Waves #1 has not run in 72 days. She has no works. Most or all jurisdictions have rules from 30-60 days off you need a workout. Horse is listed as trained by Chad Brown. Find it strange in Brown is really the trainer, he would have worked her. Anyone have a Belmont condition book to verify the workout rule. This horse would be scratched anywhere else..
