They didn't deserve to win, but there is no excuse for 10 officials not knowing the rules either.

They will be suspended by their assignor. Just a question of how many games.

The on field refs are suspended two games. The replay officials, two Big 12 guys, got two games as well and are ineligible for any bowl assignment this year.

That sounds about right. Missing a call - holding or pass interference, etc. - may get you a lower game score, but blowing a rule almost always winds up in suspension, even if the call didn't affect the game outcome.
