What is the deal with the post parades at NYRA tracks? Their parades are basically them just walking out on to the track...they don't even turn around the same way half the time once they walk down the track - they certainly don't stay in a parade. If there are more than 7 or 8 horses in a race you are lucky if you catch a glimpse of every horse.
I understand the excuse at Aqueduct in the winter, but do they really have an excuse at Belmont and Saratoga?
I appreciate the quality of racing in NY but I can think of 10 other tracks with better production value. Take a look at the Stronach tracks...(socal & gulfstream), their product is twice as good imo. I don't mean to trash NY racing, I love NY racing but I think it could be better. New to this board, just my 2 cents.
