I am with Tom on this one, let company's pay more if there is fewer cheep labor about. Scan their eyeballs for bio-metrics and ship them off to which they came from. Those who enter illegally several times we can put on the other side of the world. We owe no one a living, our laws are very strong if they are enforced.
