On the wagering end, nothing to write home about.
Was alive thru 3 legs of late P4 on Friday. Blech...
Was alive thru 3 legs of Sat's P5, HATED the favorite and left it off the ticket...What a dummy.Would have hit the darned thing because I had the winner in the last. GRRRR......Note to self. Next time, leave the hating to others and put the darned horse on the ticket.....
Anyway. A good time as always being at The Spa...Weather was great. Ran into a bunch of local people I have met through the many years going up there.
One item. Said hello to TLG. We had a short but nice chat.
Side not, good to meet you TLG..
Crowds were large. Especially on Alabama Day. But moving about and getting bets in on time was a piece of cake.
Lastly. Songbird is one tough filly. She has the goods.
