What was the cop using, a BB gun? He shoots him 10-12 times and the guy still runs away. Time for the cop to get a higher caliber gun.

He only made it to the parking lot.....adrenaline is a powerful thing. I've seen worse examples. Including a guy shot 32 times with 9mm ammo before he went down

There is a concert venue right down the street. The two Deputies had taken their wives to a concert
