Hmmm...., feel a bit cheated. If your whip hits another horse, and along with that come over a path TWICE in the stretch, shouldn't that be a DQ? For DeShawn Parker at Mountaineer, I guess it isn't. :rolleyes:

:3: P $5.80 :mad:i got taken down last friday on a phantom takedown in Thistle Downs. as luck would have it one of the stewards there is DeShawn Parker's father. the equibase comment was that my horse the winner got bumped by another horse and they took my horse down. look it up friday's 7th race.

the stewards can do anything they want to do these days. they go into their booths with programs in their hands. these races need to be officiated by other officials that are nowhere near the track and don't have programs just like what they are doing in the NFL these days.

Yeah, it is far from consistent. And I think that is what all players really want is consistency.

Won't change unless we get national rules and stewards though.
