There are congressinal oversight committees that are charged with this type of thing. Perhpas if people started voting for people
to represent them that were honest and committed to representing the nation's good instead of their own political agendas, we we would see theses things solved. SOme poeple have been in the senate so long they are starting to smell like old road kill.
