So I see NBC is covering Belmont Saturday.....does this mean no MSG show from 4-6pm??

I would much rather watch racing people cover the game instead of the idiots at NBC who will be covering hats and crap.

Some good races lined up, hopefully more than the "C" Team is covering.

Andy, Maggie Jason, Ritchie - each one alone is better than the entire crew of NBC clowns together.

I actually enjoy the broadcast, ill be DVR'ing it to watch at a later time. I always thought they were well produced and shows the tracks they cover in a positive light.

Mono Sodium Glutamate...available at all Chinese restaurants... :faint:

Think it's only available in NY

It's the Madison Square Garden network. (Home of the Knicks and Rangers).

Besides NYRA, no other reason to ever watch it

Not sure if it's available elsewhere (besides the NY area).

The shows can be watched on the NYRA HD page. There is a designated link.

Besides MSG+, during Saratoga the show will also be aired daily on Fox Sports2 and the Altitude Network in the Denver area.

I got the TFUS for Bel and AP for some good turf races Saturday, but I am surprised by the number of key races with missing internal fractions.
What the hell is the problem with tracks anyway.

My anticipation of a lot of good racing has turned to my anticipation of watching some TV I have on my DVR. I think I have had about enough of this pathetic game.:ThmbDown:

I'll have to look to get specifics, but I remember Belmont ran a race for really good horses on a turf set up they had never used before. So there probably were fractions given but making pace figures would have been a guess. There was also a two mile race that doesn't have pace figures. That is because I don't do them beyond 1 1/2 miles, there just isn't enough data.

Arlington, on the other hand, is a track notorious for missing fractions and timer issues. They also run about 82 different rail settings and keep adding new ones for some unknown reason. So when I new one pops up I have no data for those either.

EDIT...

Oh, and OF COURSE the first one I see at Belmont with missing fractions is from Gulfstream!

Yes, who would have thunk it? :bang:
Got an AP one too.

I remember now about the new set up after the ones they were using for decades had no problems.

I bought the all day pass, so I'm heading to Finger Lakes. At least they leave well enough alone the.
Screw the turf races and festivals.

Hats off to you not trying to make numbers for the sake of numbers.
I 'd rather have the warning that a track is screwing up so I can avoid it.
Like Bel and AP tomorrow.

The fractions are likely to appear on replays.

But when yo have no history - you can't make good figs.
Why are they playing around with new settings anyway?
