they usually run on Monday evenings, but not today. i know of other tracks that don't have live cards on holidays either that have casino's.

after the little guys post about business being down on holidays, i watched today and have to totally agree with him. track attendance seemed to be way down everywhere by what my friends at different places have told me. just a guess, the only places that might do very well are the ones that have fair meets.

They were going to run a card but one guy had a family picnic and couldn't get away. The other forget to cash his Social Security check.

Probably didnt want to compete with all the tracks running today. As someone else said everyone might be broke come tonite after all the racing this weekend.
