Complete screen? if so any opinions? Has it helped ones 'capping?

well our daughter and hubby live here. my wife wanted to be closer and the house in west view had too many steps for my wife. in Ca, 1 step and she can get around better. she uses a walker due to a spinal cord injury.. plus i retired early :jump:

the track condition is just above so as of that time, the track condition. it does not appear at PID cause all weather track
