Too bad the media, liberal elites and mostly Democrat politicians don't listen to these people, all citizens inside and out of society.

Yes, I know they aren't angels and despite their insistence, they aren't innocent either.

But, they are also crying out for help ... they say there's lack of unity... no father figure... no jobs.... no opportunity.... no love... funny how the politicians seek to divide and conquer and do truly nothing to really address, correct and fix the problems in America.

different reasons between the instance and the culture


There is the crime itself (suicidal? rage? botched-crime? etc..)

and there is the culture that creates these situations (economy, history, media, etc..)


different reasons and they can be complex


it's all part of the system


i tend to view things systemically, and i have less emotion in each individual tragic instance, but it's tragic none the less

The tragedy I see here is that three hots and a cot isn't much of a deterrence.

The mentally ill inmates get some of my sympathy. The rest, not so much. The crimes they commit are done knowing they're wrong. They can make up all the excuses they want, with "manning up" being near the bottom of the flow chart.

Lack of self accountability is the problem.
