Hopefully this thread is allowed, but if not, my sincere apologies. I wandered across it as I was perusing an English newspaper on brexit. I'm posting it here not to talk about the sex, but about the insane socialist ideals that are out there.

http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/weird-news/fellatio-caf-offers-oral-sex-8269281#r5kGieElvPDiZXjM.97

From the article, critics of this new cafe have no problem with:

1. Prostitution
2. People receiving oral sex while seated at a public bar sipping coffee.
3. The approx 42 Euro cost of this service (coffee is extra)

No, the problem in the eyes of the critics of this cafe is that this business will only benefit the owners of the cafe and no one else. That's pretty messed up. No problem with allowing a 10 year old to walk by and see some action, but you better damned well share the wealth. What is this world coming to (pun intended).

Here is a related law.

Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2257/94 of 16 September 1994 laying down quality standards for bananas, also known informally as bendy banana law,
is a European Union regulation specifying classification standards for bananas,

I'm not quite getting this apparent problem with the deal:

"However, critics have blasted the proposals, claiming only those setting up the business would benefit from it."

Ummmm...I don't think so...

Swiss Francs are preferable else the ATM will rip you off on conversion

The red light district is about 3 blocks from the downtown Cornavin Train center and 3 blocks from the lake. about 1 block long. maybe 2.

In the day , One can easily walk past it and not notice. at Night that little red light bulb and the shady figures in the dark is the giveaway. The women okay looking. dont walk by too much, they think your shy and will approach you.

You go in , it's about 80 to 100 CHF and there are little Panini bars and restaurants around. I always went to the bars near there to watch the NFL every Sunday night. .its legal and its safe. Geneva is a small city. I lived 5 blocks away.

and NO I dont pay.

How do you know a 10 year old could walk by and see some action? There was nothing in the article I saw that said, or implied, that this business will be open to all ages, or that activities undertaken in this establishment could be seen from the street.

It could get a little confusing for the staff.

"I'll take a double shot expresso with a low fat girl".

In Britain, they call it a Browjob.

I took the following to mean that the oral sex would be in the public area of the cafe and not behind a door.

Bradley Chavet, from Facegirl, told Swiss newspaper Le Matin that men will be able to order a drink and then make themselves comfortable at the café's bar. He added: "In five or ten minutes, it's all over."

Now maybe the windows will be black tinted to exclude viewing from outside, but my point in saying it in the first place was that no one seemed to care about anything but sharing the wealth.

Definitely yes. it is a problem that the business will only benefit the owners. Switzerland is a member of the EU and only the owner reaping economic benefits goes against the EU ideals of shared prosperity.

That's a nice theory, except Switzerland is not a member of the European Union.

That was actually the only complaint from the citizenry. The owners were reaping too much reward.

OOps the Swiss never in fact actually joined and I stand corrected. However, the Swiss have enjoyed the free trade benefits of the EU by accepting most of the Eu's laws. The Swiss are also members Schengen borderless travel zone.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3473932/Now-Swiss-withdraw-bid-join-EU-Nation-s-parliament-retracts-24-year-old-bid-member-amid-deepening-row-migration.html

My original point regarding the EU mind-set of the objection based on the fact only the owner of the business will reap the economic benefits is still valid.

When I read the story it kept hitting me that I read this in an obscure book once upon a time. You figured it out for me. It wasn't a book. Maybe there's still a chance to get the Iron Sheikh elected President.
