Can help me find racing video ?

I try to find racing videos at Internet, but it is hard to find, except BIG RACES

Can anyone help me find some sites (cheap fee or free) have the following countries racing videos:

Australia (OK, easy to find, but need do a lot search)
New Zealand (Got 1, but slow)
Irish (No normal races, only BIG RACES)
France (Almost Zero, can't find any)
Japan (Not try yet)

Have you tried the actual track websites?
I will admit that some overseas jurisdictions offer little if any race replays.
