Cmd Prompt W7

Does anyone know how to run cmd prompt as administrator (I guess elevated) from cmd prompt? I'm running from a W7 repair CD I can't get to admistrative tools

One that works for me, might not from a repair disk. Save the CMD prompt to the desktop. Right click on the desktop icon, "run as administrator."

Thanks for the replies but none of that works from repair CD I can't access desktop,search box,administrative tools etc I'm strictly booting up from the cd

Thx for posting that. It solved an issue I occasionally run up against. You'd think that, if you owned your 'puter, you could do whatever you want to with it.
