Don't forget to sign up for TODAY'S free qualifier to tomorrow's $1,000 tournament - the free qualifier is THIS AFTERNOON AT BELMONT. The top ten finishers get a free entry into the $1,000 tournament. Today's free qualifier consists of the last 7 races at Belmont this afternoon.

If you've already entered the main tournament tomorrow, you can always win an EXTRA SPOT by finishing in the top 10 today:

There are only 15 spots left in tomorrow's $1,000 tournament. With only 46 players max in tomorrow's tournament, you'd have a nice advantage if you had two spots (and you can purchase two spots as well if you don't want to try the qualifier).

Well, I learned a valuable lesson about derby wars yesterday. :bang:

If you really like a long shot in a 13 horse field (Creator), do not go chasing points in early races because you are down. Had I not been able to change my picks after the the contest started, I would have had another $22.70. Good enough for 3rd.

Granted other people may have changed picks too, and I still may not have cashed, but from now on, once I put in picks, I'm done with them unless they scratch.
