Any of you Gals/Guys know of a script for inserting new moon, full moon, dates on TDAmeritrade TOS software? Anyone find any value to this type of market timing?

I read a quote, don’t remember where: “Do millionaires use astrology for market timing? No, billionaires do.” Anyone know where it came from?
