Is there anyone here who is familiar with Cherrypickr and has used it to automatically place bets? And does anyone know of any other systems that facilitate automatic betting? Seems that this is something the YouBet should include in their software.

Go to the PA Homepage and click on Reviews, you'll see one on CherryPicker.

I played with it several years ago, and it kinda sorta worked. Unless they've updated it, that version of Automate is no longer available. In fact, Automate is no longer available, but is supposedly part of another expensive automation program. The early version only worked with the CD version of Youbet, which is no longer available.

I no longer use Yubet and no longer have access to Automate, but probably still have the old scripts around somewhere. I don't remember much about it, but it seemed like it crashed every time I tried to leave the house. Fairly finicky and unstable.

I'd agree that your odds are probably better taking a look at At the Races to see if it meets your needs. Web interfaces change frequently and Gary at At The Races seems to be willing to stay on top of it.
