Is someone who plays bombs for 12 races and only hits a few, an inferior handicapper to one who eats chalk for 12 races? Even though the longshot player has a better roi.

I can understand capping the payouts on the last few races or so, but for a player who likes to throw bombs the entire card, it’s unfair. There’s quite a few excellent value plays tomorrow.

If you're betting horses in the tournament that you either don't play in real life or would never play in real life, that's called stabbing and not handicapping.
