Is TVG showing Churchill Downs?

If not, why? Just curious. I thought with them buying HRTV that Churchill would always be shown. I'm pretty sure they had all the races on last fall?

TVG2...at present. May switch for Derby Day, who knows? Maybe this has something to do with the Hana boycott?...anyone remember H. members were boycotting Churchill for exorbitant take-out rates ? I haven't bet enough to say so ever since, at Churchill, that is.

It's on TVG2, if you have Dish that is channel 398.
TVG2 is the old HRTV channel if your on other systems.

According to a Drf article. Tvg isn't authorized to show Churchill"s races on their main channel. I just cancelled my tvg2 last week. I guess that was perfect timing.

The seem to double-cover a lot of races. I don't think they have too many bright people there. Someone needs to be able to count to 2! :lol: :lol:

Seriously, they do a terrible job trying to run 2 channels. Never seem to know what is going on. Fire half of the on air people and hire couple of technical people.

Had to sit through 3 talking heads trying to tell me garbage at NBC Sports while the 4th race at CD was being run behind them. This happened at noon time. Who the hell does NBC think is watching almost 7 hours before the Derby?

Idiotic.

Then TVG broke down before the favorites romped in the Derby.

What a wonderful day. I can't wait until next year. :rolleyes:
