someone please explain to me the difference in the super prices in race 4 and 8...I had race 4 and expected a lot more.

Anytime you're dealing with pools which aren't excessively large & moderate field sizes it's not uncommon to get such variation. The payouts are very different, but one winning combo had $11 bet on it, the other had $20, so it doesn't take much for such a swing. Based on the odds I'm inclined to believe you're payoff was in line with what it should've been & the 8th race was excessively high.
