Having been involved with inspecting and classifying the condition of the military's ammunition stockpile for more than thirty-five years prior to my retirement in 2013, I couldn't help but notice the article at the link, which indicates that the Pentagon has not been producing or procuring sufficient quantities of bombs (particularly, so-called "smart bombs") to keep pace with the tempo and duration of their use in operations against ISIS and other targets.
