Software for Wet Dirt Tracks?

I seem to do reasonable when the track is fast and I stick to my selections. But when the track is Good or Muddy, I get killed. What software is available that will change the calculations/predictions for an OFF dirt track?
I don't play turf.

Ours can do that.

But then, HSH software (http://store.pacemakestherace.com/the-horsestreet-handicapper/) does just about everything.

Thanks for the info ...The price of the program is a bit steep for me..But even more importantly does it use the Bris single files for data or some other company?
