You may or may not like or agree with this stuff, but if you are interested here are some of my handicapping and betting articles. They are meant to stimulate, not eliminate discussion. Some of the articles are a couple of years old, and on some things I've evolved some, but they still have applicability.

I was browsing his website last night - good stuff. Two :ThmbUp:
Racing on the Turf is a must read if you play grass races.

Thanks. I remember when I wrote the Turf article my editor characterized it as a "unique perspective for betting turf races." What I think he meant was, where did you come up with that nutty stuff?

But I appreciate the shout out.

Halv, thank you for sharing these. Will look forward to reading.

Laughed when I saw "the Cheesecake Factory Size" menu..

My son and I go often, (just there last Wednesday). Home of the $60.00 lunch + $12.00 tip. The place is absolutely killing me. :faint:

I've always said, if you can't find something to eat at the Cheesecake Factory your picture should appear next to "fussy" in the dictionary.

Always happy to give the other handicappers some food for thought

Thanks for sharing. I haven't read all of them but so far I like them.

I wish people on here would discuss a little more "The Condition Sign" topic. It addresses stamina which was discussed in another thread and I feel is one of the more important points of handicapping. Another one IMO is determining when one shouldn't bet.

I once asked you what your background was and wondered if it was in medicine or legal, now I'm uncertain. You seem to be very well rounded.

Been reading your stuff for a while. Good stuff. Your preperation and understanding of the game is evident.

Good reading. Especially like the Saratoga picks. I always like to see who likes who and for what reason at the SPA.

I'll be there this year as usual. I'm never down when I'm at Saratoga even if I'm losing!

I agree. All it takes is 1 bet at the SPA and thousands of dollars down turns into a profitable meet in 70 seconds. Plus, it's a horseplayers heaven! How can you be down when you're there!

It's the only place I've ever walked into where I walked into a bar and women were reading a racing form!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I died and went to heaven!!!

Thank you. At least on Twitter and my web site I keep my politics in my pocket and focus on the horseracing! Lots more content is coming soon.
