what does "comma delited"mean when buying P.P

Text file with rows of fields separated (delimited) by commas:

field1, field2, field3, etc.

The file extension ".csv" is normally for comma-delimited files (in general, pps will not be) -- for instance Excel will read in a .csv file and parse the fields automatically. If it used tabs instead of commas, it woul be called tab-delimited...
