HI , I HAVE USED PHILADELPHIA PARK, THEY HAVE ALL THE MAJOR TRACKS, VIDEO STREAM, SEND ME MY MONEY VERY QUICKLY BUT NOT MUCH IN PLAYER REWARDS.

I LOVE THE NEW BRIS/TSN ACCOUNT MANAGER THAT TRACKS YOUR BETS BUT THEY ARE MISSING THE MAJOR TRACKS.

I WILL NOT SEND ANY MONEY OFF-SHORE BECAUSE IF THEY FOLD ITS DOWN THE DRAIN.

I AM ALSO GOING TO TRY AN INDIAN CASINO THAT GIVES BIG REBATES BUT YOU Have TO PUSH 40 GRAND THRU THE WINDOWS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS EACH MONTH.

ANY THOUGHTS?

I use YouBet and like it, but there are no rebates, and YouBet is on very shaky financial ground as a company.

I saw the BRIS account manager and am VERY impressed with it. This alone tempts me to jump to BRIS.

Another member of this board (melman) is very high on the Philly Park program. He gets rebates. They seem good to me, but I never tried them....

Good luck in your hunt!

I love Philly Park for betting on the net. Only downfall I have found was the fee to deposit money via credit card the first time. I haven't had to deposit any more yet (and hopefully never will...lol), but I assume the fee is charged each time. Other than that, it has been great!

The great thing about YouBet is they let you transfer money directly from your checking account....eliminating all fees in the process....however, and quite amusingly, they don't allow you to withdraw via that same checking account....LOL

I use Philly Park too, love the touchtone betting. I live about 10 minutes from the Brandywine Turf Club and can head up there to withdrawal (and unfortunately deposit) money.

I like the player points simply because when I go to Philly Park in the summer, I get free programs and other little things. I like it.

Has anyone tried Fairgrounds with their player rewards - twice the points for internet as for phone bets? Their Autotote type interface looks good

The fee is for credit card deposit only. They do take personal checks mailed in with no fee at all. Downside is 10 day turn around. I am hoping they improve this aspect like UBET has, maybe get hooked up with PayPal or something.

I like the internet wagering thru Philly. Phonebet.com. Not real sophisticated, you can tell it is the 1st version. I hope that they improve it.

Also, this weekend I noticed that the on-line streaming video of the races changed for the better. It used to be done through "Real Video". Now when I click on "video" my MS Media Player pops on, not "Real Video Player"??

Anyway the video was improved. Anybody else notice a difference??

FH, I understand they are working of several more improvements. The person to contact at Phonebet is Kimberly Smith. A sharp lady who does ANSWER her e-mail. It's ksmith@philadelphiapark.com. I have gotten much better video with the WMP also.
