The President of the AQHA of Indiana was caught with 1 of his horses having dexamethasone and the other with cobalt in their system.

He received a 75 day ban (with 30 days stayed) and get this........a whopping fine of 250,000 pennies...........

I figured we can create a thread capturing all suspensions/fines/etc so we don't have to guess if a new trainer taking over is the result of a private purchase and a new trainer OR if it's the assistant taking over for a suspended trainer.

I heard the conflicting opinions when Joe Gorajec wasn't the Executive Director of the Indiana Racing Commission anymore.

Now I can see why people were upset that he was no longer in that position.

$2500 bucks is a joke.

It is fine to post suspensions if the thread sticks to that.

Posting about harness doesn't help the expressed purpose so those are gone too.

Now it makes sense......I always wondered how Neal Terracciano had a few winners in the past few years.

How do you train horses for 15 months and no one knows you don't own a trainers license?

The public was betting horses trained by a person who didn't have a license to train..
EMD wtf are we doing betting this game?

Maybe my phone calls(texts) early morning talking races should be about one or two horses a day?

There are a LOT of horses at every track being trained by people with no trainers license who run them under someone else's name. Many of these Hispanic exercise riders or (unlicensed)assistant's for example, own a horse or two and are running them under some "beards" name.
