Ramblings aren't always wagers.

Race 1 – #5 BAKIN’ WITH CINDY finished her business 01March quicker than the rest of these that ran 01Mar; her pressing style fits; loss of Sarvis is a concern. #2 HUNT FOR COLLEEN has been facing good company; deserving favorite. #1 CRYPTONITE TONIGHT is typically too competitive to dismiss.

Race 2 – Ignoring Turfway Park shippers from unfamiliar barns #3 SPECTACULAR FASHION who has multiple speed figs above most of these appears the winner. A couple notes of caution: #8 A LOTTA NERVE got loose against that 05March bunch before fading; yesterday’s surface favored inside speed; Paucar is an upgrade in the saddle. #6 BREAKING POINT drops into the claiming ranks for the first time.

Race 3 – The time has come for #5 (PP6) BE NICE who got back on his feet last time; sitting outside the early speed might be OK; hopefully he has faced better. #1 (POE, PP2) IBELIEVEINMIRACLES might be aptly named if this Ohio-bred doesn’t scratch in this open company allowance; Gorham has made this move with moderate success – bonus bucks make it a worthwhile try; if the rail is still kind to speed it ups his chances. Ignore Glenroy Brown #2 (PP1) ODESSA WIND and Tampa Bay experience with caution.

Race 4 - #2 CASTLEFINN highly touted out of Florida returns to MVRV following a foolish trip south.

Race 5 – #2 LUKEYONTHELOOSE looks like the “speed of the speed.” #1 ASTRO J ran like a bull through traffic when his number was taken down in 2016 debut; Joe Poole’s hot streak continues; a fair track puts him in winners circle. At 10/1 CRISPYONTHEOUTSIDE belongs in the mix off the bench from 31% barn that specializes in Ohio-breds.

Race 6 – Well traveled #7 (PP5) TICKET TO RICHES seems to be facing much softer. #1 (POE, PP8) SUGAR RASHAD usually gets the lean here; must explain 23Feb disaster. #8 (PP7) COLONY CLASSIC has paid his dues at this level; even trip last time could spell go.

Race 7 – Wide open head scratcher full of stoppers. Maybe the rail is kind to #1 GARY’S CASHEWS as he wakes up some Canadian back class.

Race 8 - Spin the wheel again as non-winners forever square off. #5 LOVE THE MINISTER has the most regency and top last race fig; was squeezed in the stretch last time; Christian Pilares is an excellent sub for ailing TD Houghton. No confident endorsement in this free-for-all.
