Every way I looked--this one just leapt off the page:

MVR

RACE 5 :2:

LUKEY ON THE LOOSE 3-1

The odds-on favorite- ASTRO J .. looks so shakey--

his 7/5 ML may be a typo

Anyone else have a "page-leaper"?

Post it up

I call " best bets" " most likely". We never know.

Why would you assume anyone else had a different interpretation of what a "best bet" is?

Doubt anyone here-- was under the assumption a "best bet" is not a horse deemed to be our "most likely winner"--but a pick we somehow "know" will win.

I posted this hoping others would join in.....posting their own "best bets"

Instead I got a guy confused by the concept.

My "best bet" didn't win...so a one-man thread is probably out of the question

good luck

I really don't think much of the horse, just seems to lack a win mode, but with a Diodoro last out winner and running third in one of the most counterfeit run races I've ever witnessed - If I had to post one of these I'd go with the upcoming TuP R4 :2: I'makittensjoy.

She looked like she'd be hard pressed to lose last time and somehow, there wasn't a rider in the race other than Ramgeet with a functioning brain cell. He skates off to :25, :50.2, 1:7635 splits or something absurd on SheknowsIknowsheknows (or whatever that plugs name is) while loose on the front, his horse stumbling around going into the turn, just an absolute giveaway of a race. The guy absolutely mocked the rest of the riders and thank the heavens that they switched riders and got Jake out of this one's way.

Though for the sake of betting I could go a few ways here based on prices, as a 'Best Bet' type pick - this has to be her day to have a shot at a respectable price off of the needlessly poor third last time. Huge rider switch and no way they are going to get played the fool like that again.

I guess that's why I don't do "Best Bets"

John...you took your shot! It's fun to kick it around, talking horses. You know TUP is my favorite track--find the horse that will get you the lead top of the stretch---there's your winner.

In the 5th...I like the :5: NORTHERN CONTRACT 8-1 ML

with an exacta Keying up :5: w/ :7: , :3:

I'm taking a shot that they got the perfect rider to get Money Tree a perfect trip after fighting speed favoring tracks in a spot today with a glut of pace on tap. As usual I posted I short novel in the Random thread about this one and wasn't real keen to try to beat some of these running fools but 25-1 is just too juicy.

I actually don't watch replays--I employ a unique method--which many times blows up in my face. This was one of them. Thanks for the info
