Account balance question

Since I get no reply from customer service, I'll ask here and maybe you guys know, how is it I have $XXXX.36 in my account? In this case X does not equal zero, but Damn close. My question is since everything is paid in 10 cent incriments how do I have a balance ending in 36 cents?

What about rebates? I've got an odd balance because of AmTab offering percentage reabtes on selected tracks a while ago.

Its a youbet account and the only rebates I remember them offering was on Harness tracks and I don't think I have ever bet ona harness race via the internet.

For a short period of time about 2 years ago YouBet charged a pct, surcharge on each bet. People complained, and that was eliminated. I have odd cents in my account as well and keep it that way since I use it less and less and would not want them to close out my account.

There is a small fee each time you fund the account. That may be another explanation.
