So as not to hijack the Scott thread, and in keeping with Thaskalos' suggestion, I thought I'd start a thread on McCormick's book. Interestingly, I spoke with Dave at RPM to inquire about an out of print book and he immediately asked "See how they run?" before I even mentioned the name. Apparently he's gotten about 30 inquiries over just the last couple of days. While he said they retain publishing rights, he doesn't have the book. He's keeping a list of those who inquired in case he comes across the original or a copy.
