wtf!!! I see horses I like and then I see they have 5% win Jockeys riding, is there a Jockey boycott going on there?

R4 7-4/9-8/11 ( I think the 7 is a single)
R5 1/4-10-12 ( 5 could improve)
R6 5-2-1-3/6/7 (3,6,7 about the same, Broberg has 1,2)
R7 5-8-6-2-1 ( I like 5 but not sure if he can get the lead out late to win)
R8 8/5-1-10-4-9 ( prefer 8, 5 has poor form)
R9 4-6-1/9-10 (like the 4 hate the jockey)
R10 4-9-2-8

3 won R6 did not use him, and I singled the 5 in R7 makes it extra sucky.
