This guy claims he has found the formula in which his software eliminates the horses (non contenders) who will SLOW DOWN THE FASTEST..

Can there be such a software?

Of course, there are tons of models out there that locate non-contenders, some use pace others use distance, class, etc.

My model tries to calculate the likelyhood of a horse carrying or gaining in the final furlong, which in essence does the same thing as identifying horses that will be going backwards or decelerating at that time.
