penn 35 mile rule for some adw signups

i live in northeast penn and i hate the fact that since im less than 35 miles from pocono downs i cant use alot of adws... i have twinspires and betamerica,,,the new tvg site is incredible,, i access it without an acct... why do they have this garbage rule?? anyone think they will ever drop the rule ?

i tried to put address from past that was 50 miles away,,, nope,,, they use your ssn and they match to your address i guess , rather ridiculous rule to me

Yep, all those kinds of rules were instituted in an effort to FORCE players to go to the track. I hope that they will soon realize that there is a huge number of past, present, and potential players that would sooner quit altogether than allow themselves to be FORCED to do anything in this game. Smarter to make access as simple and easy as possible in any way than to put restrictions on the players of practically any type.

yep, my favorite thing at pocono (mohegan sun casino) is that by the track or the simulcast area you cant access the internet on phones or tablets so you cant look at adw sites,,, but go up the elevator to the casino and you can!!!

so i bet 1 floor above and then go downstairs ,, dumb dumb dumb
