Why was it that the two 'journalists' had their backs to the stage, ignoring the candidates coming on stage while posing for all those GOP donors and consultants?

Both were miked up so they didn't need to play to nor even face the crowd.

And while ABC and those two hosts blame the crowd clapping for this stage management error, they forgot to even introduce and call out John Kasich! They can't blame anyone but themselves for that mistake, could they? Amateurs.

Trump said that they couldn't hear the introductions back stage.
Carson didn't hear his name being called.
Except for Trump, none of the others had the courtesy to stand behind Carson and just brushed him aside as if he didn't exist as they went out.

Are you really shocked that a politician would behave that way? Most of them would step on their grandmother's throats if they thought it would bring them extra votes.

Trump has a lot of qualities the others don't, like class and empathy to name a few.
