hi, i am starting to write my own software program would anyone care to give me one good idea or factor that they use and think it might be of help for me to use?

just a quick question.What will be your data source??Bris,tsn,its,
trackmaster,other?I think this is important as a program is only as good as the figs that come from the provider.unless you can change them somehow.

I think it's more pertinent to fig. out how are you going to adjust the info frm trk to trk and how the variant is dealt with day to day? All the standard factors good; es, sp, lp, hidden fractions and all that but how do the adjustments get done?
