Selections are from my quick pick system, not ready for prime time.

Code:

r1: 4 3 2 1 @ 3/1
r2: 1 2 6 7 @ 4/1
r3: 4 9 2 1 @ 4/1
r4: 2 3 8 7 @ 4/1
r5: 7 1 3 8 @ 3/1
r6: 9 5 2 3 @ 4/1 Most likely
r7: 1 5 7 3 @ 4/1
r8: 2 11 4 6 @ 4/1

6 out of 8 races the ML, BRIS prime, and my quick pick agree on the top pick. Possible favorite day. Long shots are posted in the 'What's up with the Capper' thread.

Good luck!

Don't know if this is of any use, Al--but I've got a commercial software program that, when it's selection is the ML fav...I would record the selection, but have little interest and move on.
I soon noticed this selection was winning a lot more often than random ML favs.I added certain screens to these selections, and now it is solidly profitable. (I would have to PM you the particulars--and explain why as well) if you were interested. I have this built-in bias against short-priced horses- so it pains me to play this method haha...but it does wonders for my confidence. If you find you're software is selecting SOLID favorites, or even better-than-random....you have something.

Of course, most horse players, and I'm sure you would include yourself in that group--can easily spot the red flags of the false favorite.

When I get through my elimination rules in the rewrite, I'll PM you. For now, it's quick pick.

Thanks
