You may only use a team 1 time. Whoever you pick this weekend cannot be your pick for any following playoff games including the Super Bowl.

Contest closes with the first kickoff on Saturday.

The one time use rule probably won't mean much this weekend but should make things interesting during the conference championships since whomever you pick can't also be your Super Bowl pick.

No prize but let's say a mythical $100 entry fee with the pool split among the survivors. Good Luck.

Yeah, check. You could tell that Walsh was going to pull it, right? As a lifelong Viking fan, that game was almost as bad as the Drew Pearson Hail Mary or the missed kick at Atlanta. Ugh. Where's Fred Cox when you need him?

At least I got to see Bud Grant, with his middle finger firmly extended towards Old Man Winter, ramble out for the coin toss. That was worth a laugh. Hell, when I'm 88 I'd be happy just to use a walker to get around, let alone be wearing short sleeves when it's below zero.....

I think Denver could win a tight low scoring game. That isn't outside the realm of possibility. But I stayed away from the NFC during the contest so I could have whoever came out of that conference in the final. I'm feeling pretty confident about a Carolina win.

The only prop I bet was +450 on Cam Newton being the leading rusher for either team. Denver's defense has a more complicated assignment than Carolina's. I'm guessing that, as good as they are, it won't be enough to stop a mobile QB who can throw deep.

While I liked the AFC to win, I was surprised both defenses played so well. Thought there would be more points. Denver won the turnover battle, and that pretty much was the difference.
