Listening to the seminar this morning Kinchen was capping the Santa Anita card for Saturday.

Theres a new feature in PPS

V for any horse claimed that was voided..

TFUS also has the feature and when the data is available, the void line will show the reason for voided claim.

Since Equibase began compiling the data, TFUS has added it.

Bris has it too. Took me a while to figure out what it was, seems like most of the horses I've seen with the V take a drop in their next race.

Intuitively, it seems like it should be useful information, but I haven't seen any studies that suggest it is. Given that we are dealing with claiming horses, it may even add to the "poker" game between trainers when horses like this are dropping sharply in class.

Next thing you know there will be a feature called P-3


that stands for the horse pooped 3 times in one day on average. Makes for useful handicapping.

hahahhah i never bet a horse that i see poop on the track.. it has saved me more then has cost me over the years.. they never win
