Is Newton a lock? I would say a favorite, but no lock.

Newton 99 QB rating, 3402 pass yards, 33-10 TD/Int, 580 rush yards 7 rush TDs 14-0 record
Brady 104 QB rating, 4405 pass yards, 35-6 TD/Int, 55 rush yards, 12-2 record
Palmer 107 QB rating, 4277 pass yards, 32-9 TD/Int, 24 rush yards, 12-2 record
Wilson 111 QB rating, 3538 pass yards, 29-7 TD/Int, 502 rush yards 9-5 record
Dalton 106 QB rating, 3250 pass yards, 25-7 TD/Int, 142 rush yards 3 TD, 11-3 record.
Antonio Brown 116 catches, 1586 yards, 9.5 yards/target 9 receiving TDs, 1 punt return TD

Brady has had two of his main weapons in Gronk and Edelman out for awhile, and Wilson has played almost the entire season without Lynch and Jimmy Graham has missed a good portion of the season. Brown has put up insane numbers when you consider Vick and Landry Jones played in several games this year.

Yes. Cam is a lock. Unless the Patriots cheat and rig the vote.

So you're saying there's still a chance...

Cam will win, I'd say he's a lock. The team record has a lot to do with it, and he's doing it with limited weapons.

He shouldn't be a lock. Here's his game logs from 2015. Since early November, he's been great, no question. But check out the numbers from the first 7 games; ONE game with a QB rating over 78? 78 isn't even average. Its below average.

I'd also have to put Adrian Peterson into the mix. He won't win, but he easily could be top 5 on how he has impacted the Vikings season.

I wasn't disagreeing that he shouldn't be a lock, but I still think he is.
