i can show you guys plenty of stories about other state lottery's that are crooked. for a fact "the best run lottery" in the country is in Massachusetts is not on the level on a daily basis. i know it.

we all know that there are plenty of shenanigans going on with computerized mutuel pools in racing.

the thing that kills me is that horse racing truly has a big edge over lotteries because we dealing with live animals, and the racing business doesn't want to make an effort to insure that our racing pools are on the level. instead the people in racing want to sit on their asses and let the game die.
