Spot plays for MVRC:

Race 5: #3 House of Prayer. 5 year old is in the best form of his career. Great time to jump up into allowance company. Cox/Bracho are showing a nice flat bet profit. These are the best of the Mountaineer gang spending the off season here. #7 Rock N Heart. He's had the misfortune of running into many of MVR's finest in his last few races. This group is large but beatable for him.

Race 7: #9 Talk About Luck. Gets a favorable outside draw today. He almost got home from the 1 hole at this level last race. #12 Clever Performance. Maybe bounced in his 2nd start off a layoff and a near comeback victory. Also gets primo draw. #8 Nimble Tiger. Returns to MVR off a quick trip to Turfway. Should have a nice set up to pounce late.

Looks like the outside was running well again yesterday, especially after it started to rain. Deja vu from Saturday. It might happen again today.

Good Luck
RR

Always feel good when I see a race through Ron's eyes (race 7). I also appreciate race five insights - it appears wide open to me.

Race 3 - Elliot Sullivan has an amazing record (75% winners) off a small sample dropping off wins #10 HONKEYTONK MAN was a $30k KEESEP purchase bred to get a mile. #2 AVOLEMONO found his best form here last year -
