Does anybody know when the early Triple Crown nominations for 2016 come out?

I found out that the early deadline is Jan 17, 2016. If you nominate to the Triple Crown before that date it cost 600 dollars. After Jan 16th the cost goes up to 6000 dollars to nominate your horse.
